A few weeks ago, I met the lovely Gisèle – French fashion blogger from Gisèle Is Nerdy – through work when she came to borrow some clothes for a photo shoot. We got chatting and she suggested doing a photo shoot together for her Challenge 150 series. Every week she photographs friends, bloggers, acquaintances in a look of their choice that must cost under 150€. This may sound easy – or it may not – but luckily for me I have a wardrobe full of mainly second hand and vintage finds that cost next to nothing.
I decided on a summery look (even though it rained while we were taking the photos) and to mix vintage pieces with a bit of high street. I kept the outfit rather minimal – black and white with a pop of colour coming from this gorgeous cobalt blue silk kimono. And yes, I know you’ve been checking out my feet – these new Vagabond sandals getting their first outing on the blog and I love them. So so comfy and they were in the ASOS sale yaaaaay!

Il y a quelques semaines, j’ai rencontré Gisèle – une bloggeuse de mode française super gentille – au travail quand elle est venue pour emprunter des vêtements pour un shoot. On s’est parlé et elle m’a proposée de faire un photoshoot ensemble pour sa série ‘challenge 150’. Chaque semaine elle prend en photo ses potes, les bloggeuses, les connaissances dans une tenue de leur choix qui coûte moins de 150€. Ça semble facile ou pas? Heureusement pour moi, j’ai un placard plein de fringues vintage et d’occasion qui ont coûté presque rien.
J’ai décidé de faire un look d’été (même s’il pleuvait quand on a pris des photos!) et de mélanger du vintage avec un peu de high street. L’outfit est minimaliste – en noir et blanc avec un peu de couleur qui vient de ce kimono en soie bleu magnifique. Et oui, tu regardes mes pieds et mes nouvelles sandales Vagabond qui paraissent pour la première fois sur le blog! Je les kiffe – trop trop confortable et en soldes sur ASOS awouuiiiiii!
C’était un plaisir de faire un photoshoot et de collaborer avec Gisèle. Va regarder l’article CHALLENGE 150 sur moi! Elle a écrit des mots super mignons sur moi, qui m’a fait contente et il y a un petit interview aussi.
