After a retro-inspired day one at Paris Fashion Week in my MOTEL ROCKS SEVENTIES SUIT, I went for a more minimal outfit on day two. I love the loose material and shape of this shirt dress which I paired with some comfy Vans for a welcome change to the structured suit and my rubbing Dr Martens from the day before.
I shot these photos with the extremely talented Alice Lemarin, a French photographer in Paris with whom I have wanted to work for ages! These are not all of the photos she took – here I have used the ones that show off my outfit the best but Alice’s specialty is playing with light and shadows to create really unique photographs so I’m saving them for another post!
Après un look inspiré du rétro pour la première journée de Fashion Week de Paris dans ma COSTUME 70S DE MOTEL ROCKS, j’ai choisi une tenue plus minimaliste pour le lendemain. J’aime trop le tissu ample et la forme de cette chemise robe avec qui j’ai mis mes Vans classiques. J’avais accueilli ce changement vers un look confortable après avoir porté une costume structurée et des chaussures Dr Martens le jour avant.
J’ai fait ce shoot à Paris avec une photographe française super douée qui s’appelle Alice Lemarin avec qui ça fait longtemps que je voulais travailler. Celles-la ne sont pas toutes les photographes qu’elle a prises – voici des photos qui montre ma tenue le mieux – mais sa spécialité est de prendre des photos en jouant avec de la lumière et de l’ombre du coup je garde les autres pour un autre poste!
